Position: Advisor, Project Self-Sufficiency
Location: Loveland, Colorado
Status: Full-Time (36 hours per week) with full benefits
Hiring Range: $19.29-$22.79 DOE
Project Self-Sufficiency (www.ps-s.org) , a premier non-profit organization serving Larimer County and impacting over 150 single parent families annually, has an exciting opportunity effective immediately for an Advisor. The Advisor provides intensive, individualized support to a caseload of 27 single parents including goal setting, career planning, support for adult education and training, and job search assistance. Required Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree in human service field with 2+ years of experience or
Master’s Degree with 0+ years of experience
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Case management with under-served populations
Experience working with victims of domestic violence, abuse, trauma
Trauma Informed Care training
Career planning and/or career counseling experience
Competency with case management software and Microsoft Office
